We step it up a gear from last weeks stroll along the Cromford Canal, and the scenery takes on a more dramatic look and feel about it. To give you an idea of the terrain the gritstone edges around Curbar are very popular amongst climbers with some of the finest climbers and mountaineers in the world cutting their teeth here as a base for training.
